Manufacturing overview

Built for the team brief.
Reviewed on the wearer.

KITOEM manufactures custom basketball jerseys and shorts in its Xiamen, China production facility for school teams, clubs, brands and sportswear businesses.

Start with jersey and shorts as independent records. Review neckline and armhole shape, garment length, number placement, side-panel artwork and the size needs of each wearer group.

This showcase contains no client project, result or private design. Product-specific operations and approval responsibilities are confirmed for the actual garment.

Basketball project questions

Useful answers
before the brief.

Are basketball jerseys and shorts automatically quoted as one set?

No. KR-MT-002 is a jersey-only record and KR-BB-004 is a separate shorts record. Keep item quantities, size breakdowns and quoted units explicit, even when the garments share one design.

How do we review armhole coverage and mobility?

Use the intended wearer and base layer for a sample fit review. Observe reaching, raising the arms and normal court movement, then record any requested armhole or binding changes before approval.

What should a front-and-back number proof show?

Show each number and mark with its size and placement on both views, together with the garment size reference. Check the intended competition requirements before approving artwork; this page does not certify rule compliance.

Can we add reversible practice jerseys to the same enquiry?

Yes, use the existing reversible practice-jersey product record as a separate line in the basketball programme. Do not assume the match jersey is reversible or transfer its fabric specification to the practice garment.

How should mesh and interlock references be compared for a basketball jersey?

Compare the actual swatches and garment samples for opening scale, coverage, drape and artwork legibility with the intended base layer. Keep the proposed body and panel references separate; neither name alone establishes tested ventilation or a final composition.
