The decision in one paragraph
A bulk order should not be released from a colour image and logo mock-up alone. Link the exact product reference to finished dimensions, material and component specifications, artwork files, an approval sample, agreed test evidence, packing instructions and written commercial terms. For KR-BG-003, H44 × W30 × D14 cm and the visible drawstring, front zip, side mesh, cords and handle are current source facts; composition, weight, tolerance, load, water resistance, colourfastness, zip life, MOQ, price and timing remain open.
Lock the exact product record
Put KR-BG-003, the selected colour direction and the approved revision on the quotation, sample comments and purchase record. A supplier image or casual product name is not enough to prevent substitution.
State how H44 × W30 × D14 cm is measured on the finished bag and request the project tolerance. Do not import the 1–3 cm note used by another KITOEM football bag source.
Name every material and component
| Area | Record before release | Current KR-BG-003 state |
|---|---|---|
| Main body | Fibre, weave, weight or denier, finish and colour | Open |
| Side mesh | Material, mesh structure and colour | Visible only; specification open |
| Cords and handle | Material, diameter or width, attachment and colour | Visible only; specification open |
| Front zipper | Size, tape, slider, puller, opening and supplier reference | Diagonal position visible; specification open |
| Thread and reinforcement | Thread, seam, stitch and reinforcement points | Source close-ups only |
Release print-ready artwork with a physical placement
Supply the final vector or print-ready file, colour references and a placement drawing with physical dimensions from fixed construction points. Adobe guidance for print-ready PDFs supports controlling fonts, images, colours and output settings, but the bag supplier must still confirm the compatible decoration route.
Keep the zipper, mesh, channel and seams outside the usable artwork area unless the selected method and sample explicitly approve otherwise.
Define evidence instead of upgrading claims
AATCC publishes distinct methods for colourfastness, water repellency and water resistance. The existence of those categories is why “waterproof”, “water-resistant” and “easy clean” should not be treated as interchangeable image claims.
Choose only the properties relevant to the order. Record the test method, sample condition, result and acceptance criterion. If no test is commissioned, describe the construction without making the performance claim.
Close packing, labels and order release
Record whether bags are folded, individually packed, grouped by team or event wave, labelled or barcoded. If an identifier is required, confirm the data owner, format and scan or reconciliation step rather than inventing a code structure.
The release record should name the approved sample, artwork revision, colour, quantity, acceptable tolerance, inspection scope, packing instruction, destination and agreed start condition. Price, MOQ and timing belong in the same written commercial record.
What to confirm for your project
- Product reference, revision and finished measurement method
- Body, mesh, cord, handle, zip and thread specifications
- Final artwork file, colour and physical placement
- Relevant tests and acceptance criteria
- Approved sample scope
- MOQ, price, timing, packing, destination and release owner
Questions to carry into supplier review
- Which fields are source facts and which are supplier proposals?
- What property requires formal testing?
- How will packed quantities be reconciled?
Questions buyers ask next
Should the order use the dimensions shown in the source image?
Use H44 × W30 × D14 cm as the source starting point, then confirm the finished measurement method and project tolerance in writing.
What evidence is needed for a waterproof claim?
Define the exact claim, finished product or material under test, method, conditions, result and acceptance criterion. No waterproof claim is currently approved for KR-BG-003.
Can the colour swatch approve bulk colour?
No. The source swatches are request directions. Approve colour on the selected material and sample under an agreed review method.
When is the bulk order ready to release?
Only when product, material, construction, artwork, sample scope, quantity, packing, commercial terms and required evidence are linked to one controlled revision.
