The decision in one paragraph
Choose the set by mapping people, packing jobs and independent quantities first. The backpack supports daily player carry, the duffle supports the confirmed match-day load-out and the boot bag creates a separate footwear route. A coordinated identity connects the range, but each format still needs its own quantity, artwork placement and sample approval.
Start with three different carrying jobs
Use the backpack for regular player essentials, the duffle for the larger match-day load-out and the boot bag when footwear needs its own identifiable route.
The value is not simply that the bags match. Buyers can issue each format only where it is useful.
Build the issue plan before the quotation
Record whether every player receives all three formats, whether staff need a different combination and whether any bags are shared squad equipment.
Set backpack, duffle and boot-bag quantities independently rather than treating a coordinated set as a compulsory bundle.
Compare the source-backed starting points
| Bag format | Source starting point | Project decision |
|---|---|---|
| Team backpack | H45 × W34 × D20 cm; main zip area, side mesh and bottom zip zone | Daily items, footwear size, final compartments and artwork |
| Kit duffle | L56 × W31 × H34 cm; side storage and bottom shoe chamber | Confirmed load-out, carry route, construction and artwork |
| Boot bag | L34 × W19 × H16 cm; carry loop, double zip and side eyelet | Footwear dimensions, ventilation detail, artwork and packing |
Connect the range with controlled identity
Team crest, club name, player number and coordinated colour are supported brief inputs. Approve physical size, method and position on every chosen format.
A placement approved on the backpack should not be copied blindly to the duffle or boot bag because seams, openings and usable surfaces differ.
Close the open decisions in the sample
The supplied dimensions carry a 1–3 cm manual-measurement note; that is not a production tolerance or inspection rule.
Composition, denier, coating, litre capacity, tested load, waterproof grade, MOQ, price, timing, packing and certificates remain project-specific unless separately confirmed.
What to confirm for your project

- Colour, crest, club name and player-number fields
- Decoration method and usable artwork area
- Sample route, MOQ, price, packing and timing
Questions to carry into supplier review
- Does every player receive all three bags?
- Which dimensions are critical?
- Is the buyer approving construction, artwork, or both?
Questions buyers ask next
Does every player need all three bags?
No. Quantities remain independent, so each user receives only the formats required for their role.
Can all three formats share one identity system?
Yes as a direction, but physical size, method and placement are approved separately on each bag.
Is this a fixed commercial bundle?
No. Products, quantities and open commercial fields are confirmed in the project quotation.
